How Does Our Orlando Boot Camp Work?
1. If you are not sure that Boot Camp is for you, join us for a FREE TRIAL CLASS at any time! (please email or call before attending so we can plan ahead.)
2. Sign-Up for Our Fitness Boot Camp! Camp runs for one month from your first day of boot camp (not including your trial class.) Example: sign up on the 5th, your month will end on the 5th of the following month.)
3. I will email you your Boot Camp Success Manual filled with home and travel workouts, healthy recipes, workout tips, goal setting worksheets, and more!
You will also gain access to our 7-day meals plans and grocery lists to help get your diet on track.
4. One your first day of camp, we will take your measurements and set goals during your month of boot camp.
5. Come to your high calorie burning workouts (using body weight, HIIT- high intensity interval training, kettlebell, and exercise bands) and follow your new nutritional guidelines for the month.

Should I Bring to
