| Poor
posture, injury, age, and lack of
stretching can take a devastating
toll on your body over time. Integrated
flexibility training applies a variety
of stretching techniques including:
self-myofascial release, static stretching,
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Stretching,
and Dynamic Stretching among others.
Here are just a few of the benefits
IFT can provide:
• Improves range of motion
• Decreases risk of injury
• Corrects muscular imbalances
• Improves circulation and
posture
• Relieves joint stress
• Decreases muscle soreness
• Improves overall function
As stretching is one of the most
overlooked aspects of training, each
personal training session ends with
at least 5-10 minutes of Integrated
Flexibility Training. If flexibility
is a major concern for you, 45 minute
intensive sessions that focus solely
on IFT are also available.
