Since no client is the same, personal
training has many different aspects
that need to be considered in order
to help someone get to their optimum
fitness levels.
As an elite trainer, I will assess
and evaluate your individual level
of health and fitness. Once I determine
your current level, I will design
a program based on your goals to take
you to the next level. I will give
you nutritional guidelines and take
you through personalized work-outs.
You will start to feel more energized
and healthier in no time!
In-Home Training:
I will travel to your home or resident
gym and put you through a completely
customized training program. I will
use balls, bands, weights, and balance
equipment to give you an extraordinary
work-out, all in your own home!
Some people also enjoy to train outdoors.
If you want to workout outside, just
name the place!
Gym Training
I can train you in your home or office
gym. I will also bring extra equipment
to supplement the exercises you will
be doing.
